My love for photography began at a young age, around age 11.
In high school, the editor of the yearbook made me the photo editor.

While a student at Brandeis University I took my first formal photography class, "Introduction to Photography", at the New England School of Photography. I continued studying photography in New York, taking "Dark Room - Printing Black and White" at The New School and "Photo Composition and Lighting" at the  92nd Street Y .

In Jerusalem, I took a "Printing Color" course at the Dada School of Photography.

When I worked at the Blue and White Art Gallery in The Old City of Jerusalem, I started using a digital camera and discovered the world of graphic design. It was then that I decided to study Graphic Design and Multimedia at John Bryce in Tel Aviv.

My photographs have been exhibited at the following places:

92nd Street Y
Here is New York
Museum of Modern Art
Positive Focus
Merkaz Hamagshimim
Javits Center
Bezalel Fair
Shorashim
Art Jerusalem Fair

Most recently I have exhibited internationally  at Gurushots events.

I am currently working as a freelance photographer.

Thank you for visiting! Look forward to hearing from you,
Dana
